Afterschool Program

Introducing Yoga With Smita’s Afterschool Program – a unique and enriching experience designed to help children unwind, recharge, and build a strong foundation for lifelong well-being. Through engaging yoga sessions, mindfulness activities, and breathing techniques, kids will develop flexibility, focus, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment. Our program fosters self-awareness, reduces stress, and enhances overall physical and mental health, empowering children to navigate their academic and social lives with greater ease. Join us in creating a balanced and joyful afterschool routine that nurtures both body and mind!

Our Program

- Centering

- Breathing exercise

- Warm up on music

- Sun salutations

- Yoga poses

- Relaxation

- Fun time - storytelling and ask questions if they have any

 

Time: 1 hour or can be customized as per school's requirements.

 

Kids can build a valuable toolbox of techniques learned in class to channel their emotions in a calm and constructive manner.
