About the event
Join the most dedicated group of yogis on Zoom to practice 108 sun salutations. In this 4 class series, we will warm up, practice 3 sets of 36 sun salutations at a time relax in between the sets, and end the class in Deep Relaxation meditation
We practice Sun Salutations on mantras. They help coordination of breathing and movement. The mantras are names of the sun. Honoring the creation brings a sense of sacredness to your yoga practice.
