About the event
Join the most dedicated group of yogis to practice 108 sun salutations. In this 9 session series, we will warm up, practice sun salutations and yoga poses and relax in shavasana at the end. We practice Sun Salutations on mantras. They help coordination of breathe and movement. The mantras are names of sun. Honoring the creation brings in a sense of sacredness to your yoga practice.
